I am a retired Canadian Forces Master Warrant Officer, project delivery leader, and IT and telecom consultant with more than 30 years of experience across military command, public-sector programs, and private-sector transformation. Across each environment, one reality remained constant: when expectations were high and tolerance for failure was low, leadership was tested, forged, and refined.

I did not become a leader through trends or titles. I earned it through formal Canadian Army leadership schools, business education, and decades of decision-making where hesitation carried consequences and outcomes mattered.

The leadership I bring is not theoretical. It is Lived Leadership, earned through experience, tested in consequence, and shaped by accountability. The stories I share are not borrowed case studies or recycled examples. They are my own.

Today, I bring that experience into the room. Whether through a keynote, a workshop, or one-to-one coaching, the work is the same: examine how you are leading, confront what is not working, and decide what you are prepared to do about it.

Leadership is not a performance. It is the disciplined art of influencing people to accomplish what must be accomplished.
