Sean Clarke

Sean Clarke is a leadership keynote speaker, retired Canadian Forces Master Warrant Officer, project delivery leader, and IT and telecom consultant with more than 30 years of experience leading in the military, public sector, and private industry.

Across each chapter of his career, one thing remained true: leadership matters most when people are counting on you, the work matters, and the path forward is not always easy.

Sean did not build his perspective through trends or borrowed ideas. He earned it through Canadian Army leadership schools, business education, and decades of leading teams, guiding projects, and making decisions in environments where good judgment, trust, and follow-through made all the difference.

That is what he brings to the stage today.

Sean’s message is built on Lived Leadership. Not theory. Not recycled case studies. Real stories, real experience, and practical insight drawn from a life spent leading people, delivering outcomes, and helping others grow.

Today, Sean speaks to associations, conferences, and organizations across Canada on leadership, boldness, purpose, and what it means to lead well through change, pressure, growth, and transition.

Whether through a keynote, a workshop, or coaching, his work is built around the same core idea: helping people think more carefully, lead more confidently, and move forward with greater purpose.

Sean believes leadership is not about image or performance. It is about influencing people well, earning trust, and helping others move toward a shared objective.

Without people, there are no leaders.

There is no leadership.

That’s Lived Leadership
